Step 1
In a medium sauce pan, over high heat, bring vinegar, sweet rice vinegar, sugar and water to a boil.
Step 2
Transfer to a large shallow bowl and add in the julienned match-like strips of carrots, cucumbers, and radishes with 1 teaspoon kosher salt.
Step 3
Stir to blend. Set aside for 30 mins then drain
