Step 1
In a large bowl, combine the water and okonomiyaki mix. Stir until there are no clumps.
Step 2
Add the cabbage and green onion, fold to combine.
Step 3
In a skillet over medium heat, add the oil. Once hot, add the batter and use a spatula to spread as thin as possible. Add the two slices of pork belly on top.
Step 4
Once browned on one side, flip over. Fry for several minutes and flip again.
Step 5
Transfer to a plate and add kewpie mayo and okonomiyaki sauce, if desired. Enjoy!
