1Pork Tenderloin
sliced 1/2 inch
salt
pepper
2eggs
beaten
flour
enough to coat pork
panko
enough to coat pork
oil
for deep-fry

Instructions
Step 1
Trim off excess fat, and remove the silver skin on the pork tenderloin. Slice it into 1/2 inch.
Step 2
Season both sides of the meat with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Coat each pork slice with flour, then beaten egg, then panko.
Step 4
Add oil to the pot and bring it to 350ºF over medium heat.
Step 5
Fry until color turns golden brown and meat floats in the oil, about 5-7 minutes.
Step 6
Serve with shredded cabbage and tonkatsu sauce.
