Instructions
Step 1
In a medium bowl, place pork, marinade ingredients, ginger, sake, and soy sauce. Marinade for 10 minutes.
Step 2
In a small bowl, combine sauce ingredients, soy sauce, mirin, and honey. Mix well, and set aside.
Step 3
Heat oil in frypan over medium high heat, and place the pork in the frypan. Cook for about 1-2 minutes.
Step 4
Reduce the heat to medium. Add sauce mixture and coat pork with the sauce. You can add extra ginger at this time if you prefer. When the sauce gets thickened, turn off the heat.
Step 5
Serve the vegetables on one side of the plate (Optional). Place pork slices and pour the sauce in the frypan over the pork.
