1 lbpork
salt
pepper
1egg
beaten, enough to coat pork
flour
enough to coat pork
panko
enough to coat pork

Instructions
Step 1
Season both sides of the meat with salt and pepper. Coat each pork slice with flour, then beaten egg, then panko.
Step 2
Add oil to the pot and bring it to 350ºF over medium heat. Fry until the color turns golden brown and meat floats in the oil, about 5-7 minutes. Cut into bite size,

Combine water, dashi, sake, soy sauce, mirin, and sugar in a small pan and bring a simmer over high heat.
Step 4
Add onion, and cook for about 3 minutes.
Step 5
Add pork cutlet, and cook a minute.
Step 6
Reduce heat to a bare simmer. Beat eggs lightly in a medium bowl, and pour eggs into the pan.
Step 7
Cover and cook until the egg is cooked.
Step 8
Put egg and pork cutlet mixture over rice, and garnish with green onions.
