Step 1
In a large bowl, combine the pork, cabbage, green onion, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, soy sauce, sugar, MSG and black pepper. Fold until well combined.
Step 2
In a large skillet over medium heat, add the oil. Once hot, add 1-2 tablespoons of the meat mixture, rolled into a ball, to the pan. You should be able to fit 4-6 per pan.
Step 3
Place a gyoza wrapper on top of each piece of meat and use the bottom of a cup to smash each one. Fry until meat is browned, then flip. Cook until gyoza wrapper is browned.
Step 4
Serve with dipping sauce if desired. Enjoy!
