Instructions
Step 1
Season roast with salt and pepper. Then brown roast on each side.
Step 2
Chop onion and place on bottom of slow cooker
Step 3
Layer browned roast, potatoes, carrots and celery on top.
Step 4
Mix spices with beef broth. Pour over veggies and beef.
Step 5
Top with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 6
Cook on low for 8 hours
