Instructions
Step 1
Cut off the ends of the green beans then wash and pat them completely dry to avoid oil splatter. Heat up the oil - make sure it’s hot. You can use a wooden spoon or chopstick to see if it bubbles up.
Step 2
Fry the green beans in batches for about 1 minute until they blister and then remove them from the oil. Remove the leftover oil leaving about 2 tablespoons to fry the garlic. Once the garlic is starting to brown, add in the green beans back in and mix together. Season with salt and give it another toss. Plate and whatever garlic is left in the pan, use it to top the green beans.
