⅔ cupmilk
for Jiffy mix
Instructions
Step 1
Make jiffy cornbread according to directions, up to a week in advance. Dry & crumbly is best.
Day of - saute vegetables, crumble cornbread and mix everything together. Add eggs and broth until moist. (Use more broth if going egg free.)
Bake at 350 for 45-55 minutes.
