300g chicken
50g Thai red curry paste
Instructions
Step 1
Halve the mange tout and cut the carrot into ribbons. Mince the garlic
Step 2
Heat a drizzle of oil over a medium heat and add chicken and season with salt and pepper and cook for 8-10 minutes.
Step 3
While the chicken is cooking bring a saucepan of water with 1/4 tsp of salt to a boil and cook noodles for 4 minutes then drain and run under cold water
Step 4
When the chicken is cooked add the mange tout, curry paste, and garlic and cook 1 minute. Then add noodles, carrot, ketjap manis, sugar and water and stir together until hot. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve.
