30gstevia

75mlfull-fat yogurt

50mlunsweetened almond milk

1 tspvanilla extract

90gall-purpose flour
or plain

½ tspbaking powder

¼ tspbaking soda
Cinnamon sugar
Instructions
Step 1
Pre-heat oven to 180°C (356°F).
Step 2
In a medium bowl, whisk together the egg and stevia until light and fluffy. Whisk in the milk, yogurt and vanilla extract and mix until smooth.
Step 3
Add in the flour, baking powder and baking soda and mix well to combine.
Step 4
Transfer the batter to a piping bag and pipe into a 6-count silicone donut mold. Transfer to the oven and bake for 10-15 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into either side of the donut comes out clean. Allow to cool in the mold for 5 minutes before coating.
Step 5
Make the cinnamon sugar by mixing together the stevia and cinnamon until well combined.
Step 6
Brush the donuts with a little milk before dipping into the cinnamon sugar mix.
Step 7
Serve and enjoy!
