Instructions

Step 1
• Add the flour to a bowl
Step 2
• Add spoons of ricotta to the flour, evenly spread out
Step 3
• Add the parmesan (cut into smaller pieces first), evenly spread out
Step 4
• Mix everything until the dough doesn't stick and has even consistency
Step 5
• Grab a handful of dough and roll to 3/4 of an inch (roughly)
Step 6
Cut the gnocchi diagonally
Step 7
Boil water in a deep pot. Then add gnocchi, avoiding stacking on the bottom of the pot
Step 8
Once they float, they’re cooked
Step 9
Add sauce in low heat stirring gently
