Step 1
Pre heat grill
Step 2
Finely chop 1 Clive of garlic and put in bowl with chicken strips and 1tbsp light soy sauce and mix
Step 3
Put chicken on skewers and cook under grill for 5min or until cooked
Step 4
Put remaining ingredients in blender, add a splash of warm water and blitz until smooth
Step 5
Serve skewers with sauce smothered on top, with rice or salad
