Instructions
Step 1
In a bowl mix the two cups of water with the flour.

Step 2
Boil the 3 cups of water in a pot.
Step 3
Mix the ingredients in the bowl before pouring into the pot.
Step 4
Stir continuously for 3 minutes to avoid forming lumps on low heat.
Step 5
Add sugar or peanut butter. Serve and enjoy!
