Step 1
Beat softened butter with salt vanilla and sifted powdered sugar until light and fluffy then add the flour and mix until combined

salt1 pinch
vanilla1 Tbsp
flour300 grams
Step 2
If you want chocolate cookies divide the dough into two then add softed cocoa powder to half of the dough and mix until combined

Step 3
Use a piping bag and a star nozzle to pipe out different shaped cookies . I make round ones and poke a hole in the middle and add a little bit of jam to the centre . Bake at 170 c / 350 f for 15 minutes or until just starting to become golden . Let them cook dip into chocolate if you like or add sprinkles . Enjoy .
