Instructions

Step 1
Cut squash in half and cleal out the seeds. once seeds are removed cut into 1" peices. Toss with olive oil, salt and pepper Line your baking sheet with foil an spay with non stick spray.
Step 2
Bake at 400 for about 20 minutes. after 20 minutes add garlic and suger free walnut syrup for 10-15 extra minutes (keep your eye onit so syrup does not burn)
Step 3
When cubs are evenly golen and slightly chewy you're ready to eat!
