Instructions
Step 1
I used skinless filet. Dry your salmon, season with salt, pepper, cayenne and dried herb.

Step 2
heat up your pan on medium-high heat, and add 1 tbsp of the oil.

Step 3
When pan is hot, put in the salmon (if using skin, seared that part first) cook to your desired doneness, I prefer my salmon on the well done side so 3 minutes on each sides.

Step 4
Set aside, add the white wine to scrape all the bottom bits and then add the butter.

Step 5
Put in the minced garlic and defrosted spinach cubes until fragrant

Step 6
add cream and I usually put in 1-2 tbsp of water to loosen it, mix well and add the seasonings adjusting to your taste

Step 7
after the sauce thickened slightly (usually takes 1 min) turn off the heat and add the salmon back
Step 8
lightly baste the sauce to the salmon then move it to serve on a platter with mashed potatoes or rice or as a standalone.
Step 9
Enjoy!
