Instructions
Step 1
Set up a big bowl of ice water. In a large pot of generously salted boiling water, cook the string beans until they just lose their raw bite, 15 to 30 seconds.
Step 2
Use a strainer to transfer the beans to the ice water to cool. Drain them, then pat them very dry with a clean kitchen towel.
Step 3
IN a medium mixing bowl, stir together the sesame seeds, soy sauce, tahini, agave, and 1 teaspoon salt until well combined. Add the beans and toss well. Season with salt. Serve now or keep in the fridge in an airtight container for up to 1 week
