Instructions

Step 1
mix the dry ingredients then add the wet ingredients & the food gel colour. make sure to not overmix. little lumps make the pancakes even fluffier
Step 2
add some butter & fry 2 small pancakes at a time
Step 3
mix yogurt & sweetener & pour a little bit of ur mixture around each pancake's edges & stack them up
Step 4
pour the rest on top with 1 crushed oreo
