Instructions
Step 1
Mix the ingredients together until smooth. If the batter looks too thick add a little bit of water.
Step 2
Add to a non-stick pan over low heat and spoon the pancake mix onto it.
Step 3
Allow each side to cook for 2 minutes then flip and cook on the other side, alternatively use a waffle iron!
Step 4
Plate and serve immediately with toppings of choice.
