For the Oat Wraps
Step 1
Soak the oats with the water, nooch and sea salt for 1hr
Step 2
Blend together the soaked oats and cook them in a non-stick pan over medium heat (like a pancake!)
For the Harissa Tofu
Step 3
Cut the tofu into strips and pat dry.
Step 4
Fry in a pan with the olive oil until golden and crispy
Step 5
Mix together the harissa, lemon juice and a tiny bit of water if it is too thick.
Step 6
Add this mixture to the tofu and then place the strips into the wraps with spinach.
