Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven at 400.
Step 2
Cook meats and set aside.
Step 3
Finely chop/dice vegetables and sautee them.
Place inside of paper toweling. Try to soak up as much moisture as possible.
Add umami seasoning as you wish.
Step 4
Spray the pan/baking sheet you are using with cooking oil. For a small use 6x6 or so.
For medium use 7x11.
For larger use 9x13.
Step 5
In a bowl, whisk together eggs and milk.
For small use 4 eggs and 3/4 cup of milk.
For medium use 8 eggs and 1.5 cups of milk.
For large use 12 eggs and 2.25 cups of milk.
Step 6
In baking sheet, pour egg mix.
Mix in sausage and bacon.
Mix in sauteed veggies.
Add a small amount of shredded cheese.
Season with a small amount of salt and peppe.
Step 7
Bake in oven for 30-40 min until eggs aren't jiggly.
Last 5 min add shredded cheese to top of egg bake.
Step 8
Let cool and serve.
