Instructions
Step 1
Add yeast, sugar, baking powder, salt, and flour to kitchenaid bow with dough hook attachment. Whisk (with a separate whisk) until combined

Add water and milk and knead for about 5 minutes. Dough is releasing from the side of the bowl when mixed
Step 3
Add oil and butter, and knead until combined, about 2-3 minutes
Step 4
Let sit at room temperature for 1 hour
Step 5
Weigh the dough and divide by the number of sevings (about 58 grams per pav). Roll into balls
Step 6
Grease baking pans with a bit of olive oil and arrange divided and rolled dough
Step 7
Let sit at room temperature for 1 hour
Step 8
Brush with milk before baking
Step 9
Bake at 400 deg for 22 mins and cool on wire rack for at least 15 minutes before cutting
Step 10
Brush with butter after baking
