Instructions

Step 1
Cook both rice according to package directions with chicken broth and if needed, margarine.
brown ricebrown rice1 ½ cups
wild ricewild rice1 ½ cups
Step 2
Brown turkey and set aside.
Step 3
Sautee mushrooms, celery, carrots, and onion in butter 5-10 minutes
celerycelery½ cup
can fresh mushrooms8 oz
shredded carrotsshredded carrots½ cup
onionsonions1 cup
butterbutter½ cup
Step 4
Combine sour cream, soy sauce, salt and pepper in a large bowl.

soy saucesoy sauce¼ cup
saltsalt1 tsp
pepperpepper¼ tsp
Step 5
Add rices, turkey, sauteed vegetables and stir. Mix all together well.
Step 6
Place mixture in a lightly greased casserole or 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 for an hour. Stir at 30 minutes to turn over top. Add water (1/2 cup) if dry at the 30 min. Stir when done.
