Instructions
Step 1
Grease casserole or 9x13 pan.
Step 2
Mix onions, salt, pepper, milk, velveeta and cheddar cheese in blender.






Step 3
Put sliced potatoes in pan/dish and dump blender mix on top of potatoes. That should cover at least 1/2 of the pan.
Step 4
If needed, you can add 2nd blender of milk, cheese and flour to potato mix.




Step 5
Cover and bake 325 for 2-3 hours. More toward 3 hours.
Step 6
When done take tinfoil off potatoes and brown top for 15 minutes.
