Instructions

Step 1
Bring pot with salted water to boil.
Step 2
While waiting on pot to boil, throw butter and olive in a skillet on medium heat. Once warm, add mushrooms and minced garlic to skillet. Sauté.
Step 3
Once pot is boiling add the pasta and cook until al dente.
Step 4
Once the pasta is almost done, add pasta water to skillet of mushrooms and garlic. Then add dijon mustard and parsley, and stir. Add parmesan to sauce and cooking until it starts to bubble. Lower heat to a simmer, then wait for the pasta to wrap up.
Step 5
Drain pasta once it is cooked. Turn off heat to sauce and combine pasta with sauce. Once incorporated, serve.
