Salmon in Maple Sirup Soja Marinade

Instructions
Step 1
Mix maple syrup, soy sauce, garlic and ginger in a bowl. Add salt and pepper.

Step 2
Put the salmon filets in an oven safe form. I use my good old cast iron form. Poor over the marinade and let it rest for about 30-60 minutes.

Step 3
Heat the oven to 200 degrees celsius. Bake the salmon in the oven for 15-30 minutes depending on how well done you want it. ENJOY.
Step 4
TIP: You can repurpose the marinade with some wok vegetables.
