Step 1
Add a ripe banana to a bowl with pumpkin purée then mash together

Step 2
Add in the oat flour peanut butter cocoa powder and date syrup or sweetener of choice and mix together until thoroughly combined

Step 3
Add 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk or plant based milk of choice then mix to a gooey batter consistency . Pour into a lined greased small brownie tray and add chopped dark chocolate on top . Bake at 160 c for 35-40 minutes . Store in the fridge for up to 1 week . Enjoy
