Instructions

Step 1
In a cold pan, place all the ingredients together and turn on the heat to medium-high
Step 2
Start stirring with a wooden spoon and keep stirring until all the sugar is dissolved. You can take breaks but make sure to not leave it alone for too long.
Step 3
After about 10 minutes, the mixture should start bubbling and quickly turning from liquid to solid (the water evaporated and left the crystallised sugar behind)
Step 4
At this point you aren’t done yet. On the same heat, keep stirring for about 5 minutes, until the sugar starts becoming liquid. Once most of it has turned liquid, turn the heat off and let the pan and almonds cool down completely off the heat.
Step 5
Enjoy and don’t eat them all at once!
