Put water half way in pressure cooker. Peel vegetables. Put in pressure cooker (starches 1st to boil.
Step 3
Cook meat together w seasoning in pressure cooker. Cook for up to 30 minutes.
Step 4
Water cress and spinach last after everything boiled
