Step 1
1. Season the chicken with salt and pepper. Heat a skillet over medium heat and spray with the cooking spray. Add the chicken and cook until it is no longer pink in the middle. Add to a bowl and shred using two forks.

2. Peel and dice the onion and add to the bowl with the shredded chicken. Add the barbecue sauce, shredded cheese, and salt and pepper.

3. Lay the tortillas flat, add the chicken mixture, and roll into a wrap.

4. Add the wrap to a nonstick pan at a medium heat and cook, seam side down, until the wraps are crispy and golden brown. Serve and enjoy!
