Instructions
Step 1
Core stem from cabbage and place 2 tablespoons of salt. Cover with plastic wrap and place in the microwave for 15 minutes.
Step 2
Brown ground meat, add carrot, onion, garlic, tomato, rice and cook for 15 minutes with lid on top.
Step 3
Layer cabbage, then meat cabbage, then meat until meat is all used. Top with cabbage and lightly coat with olive oil. Cook at 350° for 20 minutes.
