Step 1
Cook pasta according to package directions.

Meanwhile heat olive oil on medium and add garlic, tomato paste, and chili flakes. Stir until fragrant (about 2 minutes).

Add cream and parmesan. Heat until sauce thickens. Season with salt and pepper. Add in cooked pasta, along with a bit of pasta water if sauce needs loosening. Stir to combine.
Step 4
Gently rip the burrata ball into smaller pieces and scatter over pasta while still hot. Leave it on top or stir in for a meltier dish. Enjoy!
