Step 1
Cook the pasta in salted boiling water until al dente.
Step 2
In a pan, melt the butter with olive oil and add the onion. Cook for about 3 mins.
Step 3
Add the tomato paste, oregano and pasta water and stir. Then add the cream and stir again until you have a homogeneous sauce.
Step 4
Add the cheddar and stir on low heat (so that it doesn't clump). When it's well incorporated, add the pasta and it's ready ! You can salt and pepper to taste, bon appétit !
