Fresh Green Bean Salad is a wonderful way to use fresh green beans. It is also a great alternative to cooked green beans. We do have to boil the green beans just for 3 minutes until they are crisp and bright green. You want to put them into cold water immediately. The dressing for this dish is a simple homemade vinaigrette. And, as I say a lot, you can tweek the dressing to your families liking. Add or take away as you please and make it your own. Voila, you have Fresh Green Bean Salad.
