If you love big, thick soft and chewy cookies, your going to love these chewy White Chocolate Macadamia Cookies. Not a fan of white chocolate? Switch it out for milk or semisweet chocolate and use the nuts you have on hand. You want to mix the ingredients just until they are incorporated so your cookies are not tough after baking. You want to chill your dough for 30 minutes before baking. Once you have your dough on the pan and ready for the oven, bake for 12-15 minutes. I hope you love these cookies as much as I do. Enjoy!
