1/2 cup unsalted butter

1/2 cup sugar

1/4 cup oil

Step 6

1/4 cup water

Step 7

1 egg

Step 8

1 large package instant pistachio pudding

Step 9

1 tsp. vanilla

Step 10

1/2 tsp. salt

Step 11

1 tsp. baking powder

Step 12

2 cups flour

Step 13

Roll in balls. Bake 350 degrees. 13 - 15 minutes. Drizzle with melted white chocolate and sprinkle with crystals.
