Instructions
Step 1
1. Mix all dry ingredients in a small bowl.
Step 2
2. Mash bananas in a large bowl.
Step 3
3. Add eggs, sour cream, oil and vanilla and mix it together with the bananas. Use either a mixer or a fork until it looks uniform.
Step 4
4. Add 1/3 of the dry ingredients to the bananas mixture and either blend with a mixer or a fork until it is uniformly incorporated.

5. Continue to add another 1/3 of the dry ingredients to the banana mixture until it is uniformly incorporated. (mixer or fork)

6. Add the remaining dry ingredients and mix until all dry ingredients are absorbed in. The batter should appear somewhat sticky looking.

7. Use a loaf pan (glass or metal). Spray pan with non-stick spray.

8. Fill pan just above the halfway point. (60% full)

9. Bake at 325° approximately 50 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Step 10
10. Remove from oven and cool on a wire rack for 15 minutes then invert the loaf from the pan(s) and cool on rack.

Please note that cooking times will vary depending on what type of pan you use. (metal or glass)

In addition, you may use 4 small (2” x 5 ¾”) loaf pans or muffin pans. Take in to consideration that your cooking time will be less. Be sure to do a toothpick test 30 minutes into cooking. These are great for holiday giveaways.
