Instructions
Step 1
Prepare bread dough. Knead until window pane. Rest for 30 minutes
Step 2
Mix butter with salt for filling. Let it freeze. Part into 15ml each then freeze again
Step 3
Punch dough. Cut into 55gr each then shape into balls. Rest for 15 minutes
Step 4
Flatten the dough and add filling. Round them and make sure no gaps (even small). Rest for 1 hour until double in size
Step 5
Mix all topping ingredients (coffee-water, butter-sugar-salt-vanilla, egg, flour). Pour into piping bag
Step 6
Preheat oven 175c. Pipe topping on top of the bread dough in circular motion (about half or 3/4 surface). Bake for 15 mins
