In a large pot, cook ground turkey until no long pink, then leave in colander to drain.

Step 2
Returning to your pot, sauté onion and minced garlic until almost tender, then add diced bell pepper.
Cook until vegetables are just tender, about 5 minutes, then return drained turkey.
