Instructions

In a large pot, cook ground turkey until no long pink, then leave in colander to drain.

Returning to your pot, sauté onion and minced garlic until almost tender, then add diced bell pepper. Cook until vegetables are just tender, about 5 minutes, then return drained turkey.
