Step 1
In a medium bowl combine ground beef, seasonings, egg yolk, and worchestershire sauce. In a separate medium add 1/2 cup of panko (optional)
Step 2
Roll ground beef into 3oz balls or just ensure the meat balls are all the roughly the same size. The bigger the meatball the longer the cook time, and the dryer they could become.
Roll your preformed meatballs gently in the bowl of panko before setting on a oven pan placing them at least a 1/2 inch apart. Set timer for 5 minutes.
Step 3
After 5 minutes carefully pull the meatballs from the oven and flip them on the other side. The bottoms should be turning brown with the pink facing up. Cook for 4 more minutes or until internal temperature reaches at least 145°. Serve with your favorite pasta or double the recipe for a great snack to share.
