Here is the recipe from my Grandma with a little modification (added a banana and removed ½ cup sugar)

Instructions

Step 1
Combine all dry ingredients except the craisins and mix well
Step 2
In a seperate bowl combine and mix all wet ingredients
Step 3
Fold the mixtures together until smooth.
Step 4
Add craisins and fold in.
Step 5
Pour into greased/sprayed 13x9 baking dish.
Step 6
Place into preheated 325°F oven for 50 minutes (sea level)- 55 minutes (5000' elevation)
