Instructions
Step 1
Soak cashews for a few hours in water; drain and rinse well before using.
Step 2
Prepare lemon; wash, roll with pressure to release juices, cut in half, remove seeds and using lemon reamer (or similar) extract juices into blender.
Step 3
Remove/peel skin from garlic and ginger - add to blender along with salt & spices
Step 4
Wash Coriander and add to blender
Step 5
Add water into blender
Step 6
Process on high speed until smooth and creamy
