Ben’s Hummus Recipe
Ben from the YouTube channel Simplynailogical famously loves hummus. He recites his recipe for hummus on episode #136 of his and Christine’s podcast Simplypodlogical about 4 minutes in. I’ve decided to record it here so it was easier to make :)

Step 1
Soak the chickpeas and remove the skins

Mince the garlic into the lemon juice

Blend together chickpeas, garlic, lemon juice, cumin, and salt until combined

Add olive oil, tahini, and ice cubes and continue to blend until you reach the desired consistency
