Instructions
Step 1
Heat a small saucepan over medium heat.
Step 2
Spread 10g of butter onto each slice of bread.
Step 3
Place one slice of bread onto the heated pan, buttered side down and add the cheese.
Step 4
Sandwich with the other slice of bread, butter side up. Cook for 2-3 minutes or until nicely golden before flipping and cooking the other side for another 2-3 minutes.
Step 5
Serve warm and enjoy!
