Instructions

Step 1
Put the eggs in a bowl with the salt, pepper and milk and whisk until well combined Slice the tomato
Step 2
Heat the oil in the pan. Reduce the heat to medium and add the eggs. The entire bottom of the pan should be covered

Place the toast slices in the egg mixture and allow to soak briefly. Then flip the toast slices.

After 2 minutes, flip the egg along with the toast in one swift motion.

Spread the toast slices with the sauce and top each with a slice of cheese

Put the ham on one half and the lettuce and tomato slices on the other half.
