Ingredients
4 servings
2 ½ cupspasta spirals
1 cupfrozen peas
1 cupfrozen corn
4 ouncesturkey deli meat
chopped
4 ouncesColby cheese
diced
Dressing:
Instructions
Step 1
Bring a large pot of salted water to the boil and cook the pasta according to packet instructions.
Step 2
For the last 2 minutes, steam the frozen vegetables over the pasta until cooked through.
Step 3
Strain the pasta and run cold water over it, drain, then add to a large bowl. Add the peas, corn, sliced ham and diced cheese.
Step 4
Dressing: Add the mayonnaise, olive oil and honey to a small jug. Whisk to combine.
Step 5
Pour the dressing over the pasta and mix to coat.
Step 6
Add to a lunchbox or store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days and take portions out as needed.
