dollop 6 tbsp of biscoff onto a baking tray and freeze for 1 hour

Beat the butter until fluffy. Add in all the sugar and beat for 2 minutes then add the egg and beat.

add all the flours, baking soda and salt, mix until just combined

divide the dough into 6 portions and flatten each portion. add a frozen biscoff ball into the centre of every cookie and completely cover it with the dough.
Step 6
place the cookies on a lined baking tray and refrigerate for at-least an hour before baking in the oven at 180°c for 12-14 minutes
