Instructions

Step 1
In a large saucepan, saute chopped onion in butter & oil. Add broth, beans (drained), pumpkin and tomoatoes (undrained). Stir in 1-1/2 tsp curry, cumin and cayenne. Bring to a boil and reduce heat. Add cream (or half and half) and salt to taste. Adjust seasonings as needed and serve. You may add the cream bowl by bowl vs the whole batch.
