Step 1
Wash and slice the potatoes in half then cook in boiling water , steam or even cook them in the microwave until tender
Step 2
Get a mason jar and add the vinegar oil honey Dijon and shallot give it a good shake until it looks emulsified and creamy ( note use a pinch of sugar or agave syrup instead of hi eu to keep this vegan )
Step 3
Toss the cooked potatoes into a clean serving bowl add capers and dill pour the dressing all over and season to taste with salt and freshly cracked black pepper .
